The metal parts of the shotgun are adorned with a geometric pattern in the form of a mosaic made in beige, brown, and dark gray. The buttstock is painted solid beige, and the handguard is brown.

The Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.06 to 0.80, making Sawed-Off | Mosaico available in all conditions. At lower wear levels, the first abrasions appear in the front part of the receiver, while at higher wear levels, about 90% of the paint layer is peeled.
