Terms of Service

1.1. When you browse, visit, register or otherwise make use of any part of the CSGOCasino website – including all sub-domains, mobile versions and apps that are owned or controlled by us (collectively, the “ Website”) – you are entering into a binding legal agreement with Nebula Technologies Ltd. The agreement is composed of the present Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and any game-, product- or promotion-specific rules published on the Website (together the “ Terms”). By continuing to use the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms in their entirety.

1.2. CSGOCasino is owned and operated by Nebula Technologies Ltd., a company incorporated in Belize under registration number 000049805 with its registered office at New Horizon Building, Ground Floor, 3 1/2 Miles Philip S. W. Goldson Highway, Belize City, Belize (hereinafter “Nebula”, “we”, “us” or “ our ”).

1.3. References to “you”, “ your”, “customer”, “user” or “player” mean any natural person who accesses the Website and/or holds an account on the Website.

1.4.Games” means every game, case, marketplace or betting product made available on the Website at any time. Nebula may add, modify or remove Games at its absolute discretion.

1.5. CSGOCasino operates a virtual-item marketplace in which users may buy Coins with fiat currency, cryptocurrency or eligible in-game skins, and later exchange those Coins exclusively for skins or other approved virtual items. At least one (1) wager of the full deposit amount (1 × turnover) is required before any skin withdrawal. Strategic or “minimal-risk” betting designed to satisfy this requirement without genuine play – for example covering more than 60 % of roulette outcomes, cashing out Crash bets below 1.10 ×, backing all sides in Jackpot, selecting under half of the grid in Mines, and similar behaviour – is strictly prohibited. Nebula alone determines whether play constitutes minimal-risk wagering.

2. Your Account

2.1.1.Account” means the user profile you create after completing registration. You may open an Account only if you are at least 18 years of age (or the higher age of legal majority applicable in your country of residence) and gambling is lawful where you live. It is exclusively your responsibility to ensure that using the Website is legal in your jurisdiction. Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the Website.

2.1.2. Registration and play are not permitted for residents of the following territories: United Kingdom, Belize, Curacao, France, Iran, Iraq and North Korea . We may, in our sole judgment, refuse or restrict service to customers in any additional jurisdiction if required by local regulation or company policy. Where certain features are prohibited locally, the player must ensure compliance with all local laws.

2.2. Registration of an Account

2.2.1. Playing Games or purchasing skins requires a valid Account.

2.2.2. During registration you must supply accurate and current information, including (but not limited to) a working mobile telephone number, e-mail address, chosen username and password, and any other data requested on the registration form.

2.2.3. Your legal name must be provided. We may verify any data you supply; name changes are generally not allowed except in limited circumstances approved by Customer Support.

2.2.4. Login credentials are confidential. You must not disclose them to anyone. Nebula bears no liability for losses arising from your negligence in safeguarding your credentials. We will never ask for your password.

2.2.5. Employees or ex-employees of our suppliers and any person connected with such employees (including family members) may not open an Account or use promotions. Violation leads to permanent closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of winnings, with only the original deposit refunded.

2.2.6. Accounts, balances, winnings and any rights therein are personal, non-transferable and cannot be sold, pledged or assigned under any circumstances. You also remain solely responsible for ensuring any linked Steam account can receive items prior to transacting.

2.3. Account issues

2.3.1. If you forget your password, suspect unauthorised access or detect cheating or collusion, you must notify us immediately.

2.3.2. We may declare any wager or transaction void, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe that:
  a) the outcome was influenced, directly or indirectly, by the Account holder or an associate;
  b) any Website rules were breached;
  c) criminal activity affected the result;
  d) publicly available information significantly altered odds;
  e) wagers were accepted during a technical failure; or
  f) an error (human, mechanical or force majeure) occurred.

2.3.3. If an Account is closed or suspended for any reason, we may close future Accounts opened by the same individual, device, address or payment method and void associated play.

2.3.4. Two-factor authentication (“2FA”) is offered and we strongly recommend enabling it.

2.4. By creating an Account you represent and warrant that:

2.4.1. You are at least 18 years old (or older if your jurisdiction sets a higher minimum age) and legally permitted to gamble.

2.4.2. Your use of the Website is for genuine personal entertainment only and not for professional, commercial or financial operations.

2.4.3. You act solely on your own behalf.

2.4.4. You are not resident in the United Kingdom, Curacao, France, Iran, Iraq or North Korea.

2.4.5. All information you supply is truthful, complete and up to date, and you will promptly notify us of any change.

2.4.6. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on winnings.

2.4.7. All funds or skins used on the Website come from legitimate sources and are not connected to unlawful activity.

2.4.8. You accept the risk of losing any skins or funds staked.

2.4.9. You will not engage in fraud, collusion, match-fixing or the use of software/hardware aids.

2.4.10. You will use only payment instruments legally belonging to you.

2.4.11. All proprietary software is protected by intellectual-property law and may be used only for private entertainment in compliance with these Terms.

2.4.12. You will behave courteously toward other players and staff and refrain from rude, abusive or obscene language.

2.4.13. Persons employed in or closely connected to professional esports, or employed by competitors, are prohibited from using CSGOCasino. Offending accounts will be terminated and their balances seized.

2.4.14. Coins cannot be transferred between Accounts.

3. Multiple Accounts

3.1. Each person may register one Account only.

3.2. Only one Account per household, IP address and device is permitted unless advance written approval is obtained from Customer Support.

3.3. Duplicate Accounts will be blocked. All play, bonuses and pending withdrawals connected to duplicate Accounts are void and balances forfeited.

3.4. These rules also apply to users who previously self-excluded or closed an Account and attempt to re-register without our prior consent.

4. Payouts

4.1. Winnings become available in your Account once the result of a Game is confirmed.

4.2. If funds are credited to you in error they remain Nebula’s property and will be reversed. If you have withdrawn such funds, the amount constitutes a debt you owe to Nebula.

4.3. Additional identity and security checks may be required before withdrawals are processed. All transactions are monitored to prevent money-laundering.

4.4. We may set withdrawal-rate limits. The minimum cumulative withdrawal limit will never fall below USD 500 (or equivalent) in skins per calendar week.

5. Purchases

5.1. Coins may be purchased at any time through the payment methods displayed in your Account. Cash or cheque payments are not accepted.

5.2. Payments made in a currency different from your Account currency will be converted at the prevailing rate. Conversion fees are your responsibility.

5.3. We may request additional Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) documents before approving a purchase and will close Accounts that fail to provide them.

5.4. We do not offer credit.

5.5. By purchasing Coins you confirm that the transaction is authorised and irrevocable.

5.6. Any applicable wagering conditions must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.

5.7. Third-party payments (e.g., by friends or family) are prohibited. Winnings from unauthorised payments will be void.

5.8. Item valuations are based on public market data. If our valuation exceeds market price by more than 5 % or USD 5, we may adjust your Coin balance. Abusing the pricing system results in permanent ban and confiscation.

5.9. Trades depend on the Steam platform; Nebula is not liable for items lost due to Steam-side issues. Items missing from our public inventory after trade completion are deemed lost without compensation.

5.10. All fiat transactions are processed by Digital Front LLP, 3rd Floor East, 21 Foley Street, W1W 6DR London, United Kingdom (company no. OC457050).

6. Withdrawals

6.1. KYC verification may be required before processing a skin withdrawal, and we reserve the right to amend our KYC policy at any time.

6.2. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal values may be changed without notice.

6.3. Withdrawal requests are blocked until all bonus wagering requirements are satisfied.

6.4. Bonus Coins and Coins tied up in an unfinished Game cannot be withdrawn.

6.5. For fraud-prevention purposes you may be required to wager at least 1 × your most recent purchase amount before withdrawing.

6.6. Withdrawals are normally instant but may be delayed by additional checks.

6.7. Coins themselves cannot be withdrawn – only skins.

6.8. Withdrawals will be sent exclusively to the Steam account linked to CSGOCasino.

6.9. Cancelling a withdrawal returns Coins to your balance; any subsequent losses are your responsibility.

6.10. Coins are consumed immediately during play; wagers cannot be undone.

6.11. Withdrawal limits depend on completed KYC tier.

6.12. Only one withdrawal may be pending at any given time, and we may limit you to one request per 24 hours.

6.13. Skin wins over 15 000 Coins may be paid in daily instalments of 15 000 Coins.

6.14. The maximum daily win per customer is 100 000 Coins (00:00–23:59 UTC).

6.15. Skins obtained from CSGOCasino may not be resold, exchanged for cash or listed on third-party marketplaces.

7. Account Closure

7.1. You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support after cancelling any active wagers. Any withdrawable balance will be paid subject to withdrawal fees.

7.2. The repayment method is chosen at our discretion.

7.3. We may close your Account for any reason, refunding the withdrawable balance, less applicable charges.

7.4. Bonuses unused within one (1) month may be cancelled.

7.5. Withdrawal may be refused and the Account suspended in case of fraud.

7.6. Identified “bonus hunters” or “bonus abusers” forfeit all bonuses and winnings and may have their Accounts suspended.

8. Personal Information

8.1. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

9. Financial Activity

9.1. Criminal activity

If we suspect money-laundering, fraud or other irregularities we may block Accounts, void withdrawals, confiscate balances and report the matter to relevant authorities.

9.2. Collusion and cheating

Collusive behaviour – for example chip-dumping, soft-play or information sharing – is prohibited. Nebula monitors play manually and automatically and may disable offending Accounts and seize funds.

9.3. Fraudulent activity

Using VPNs, proxies, or playing on behalf of another person constitutes fraudulent activity. We may suspend such Accounts, seize balances and report to law-enforcement bodies.

10. Live Chat

10.1. CSGOCasino may provide a moderated chat facility for recreational interaction, subject to the following rules:

  • 10.2. No sexually explicit, racist, hateful or profane language.
  • 10.3. No abusive, defamatory or harassing remarks about the Website or Nebula.
  • 10.4. No advertising or promotion of other sites.
  • 10.5. Do not post untrue or malicious statements about Nebula or CSGOCasino.
  • 10.6. Collusion through chat is forbidden and may be reported to regulators.
  • 10.7. Breach of chat rules may result in chat removal or immediate Account termination with refund of withdrawable balance only.

11. Crashed or Aborted Games

11.1. Nebula is not responsible for downtime, server disruption, lag or political/technical disturbance. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion.

11.2. We accept no liability for losses alleged to result from technical issues, loss of data or communication failure.

11.3. Wagers are void in the event of game-system malfunction.

11.4. If a Game miscarries after starting, the wager is returned and any accrued credit is paid to you.

11.5. Because of technical limitations in “Crash”, cash-out requests require at least 1 second to reach the server; requests made sooner are not guaranteed.

12. Duties

12.1. Nebula may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under the Terms. You may not transfer your rights or obligations.

13. Complaints

13.1. Complaints should be sent to [email protected].

13.2. We aim to resolve matters promptly.

13.3. Queries regarding transactions will be investigated and our decision is final.

14. Agreement & Admissibility

14.1. These Terms, Policies and any referenced documents constitute the entire agreement between you and Nebula and supersede all prior communications, save for fraud.

14.2. A printed version of these Terms is admissible in legal proceedings.

14.3. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remainder shall remain valid.

14.4. Where translations differ, the English version prevails.

14.5. These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize. The courts of Belize shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable arbitration rules.

15.1. “CSGOCasino”, the CSGOCasino logo and all related marks are trademarks owned by Nebula. Unauthorised use may lead to prosecution.

15.2. “csgocasino.gg” is the uniform resource locator of the Website and may not be used elsewhere without written consent.

15.3. Nebula is proprietor or licensee of all technology, software and systems on the Website.

15.4. All content on the Website (text, graphics, code, files and links) is protected by copyright. No reproduction or storage is permitted without prior written consent.

15.5. Links to the Website may not be placed on other sites without our permission.

15.6. You agree not to use automated or manual mechanisms to monitor Website pages or content.

15.7. Any unauthorised use or reproduction will be prosecuted.

16. Promotions Terms & Conditions

16.1. Each promotion is accompanied by its own specific promotional terms (“Promotional Terms”) in addition to these Terms. Read both carefully.

16.2. Participation indicates full acceptance of these Terms and the relevant Promotional Terms.

16.3. Where a promotion lacks Promotional Terms, these Terms apply by default.

16.4. Each Promotional Term stands independently; invalidity of one does not affect the others.

16.5. Our decisions regarding promotions are final.

16.6. We may cancel any promotion without notice. Users violating Promotional Terms forfeit associated rewards.

16.7. Nebula may withhold or cancel promotional benefits at its discretion.

16.8. We may contact you about promotions via e-mail, SMS, chat, WhatsApp, social media, browser or app notifications.

16.9. Nebula disclaims liability for inaccurate promotional information due to human or technical error.

16.10. Bonuses and Bonus Coins

16.10.1. Bonuses may include free spins, cashback, free Games, instant Coins or matched purchases. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements; always read the bonus rules.

16.10.2. Bonus rules include, without limitation:

  • 16.10.2.1. Bonuses are credited to a bonus balance.
  • 16.10.2.2. Once wagering is met, the bonus converts to main balance and may be withdrawn.
  • 16.10.2.3. Abuse of bonuses may result in deletion of bonuses and closure of the Account.
  • 16.10.2.4. Covering 64 % or more of roulette outcomes (e.g., red + black) voids bonuses and winnings.
  • 16.10.2.5. Accumulating game benefits with bonus funds and then unlocking them after meeting wagering is forbidden.
  • 16.10.2.6. Bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering is met.
  • 16.10.2.7. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
  • 16.10.2.8. Users must follow any applicable bonus policy.
  • 16.10.2.9. Standard bonus expiry is 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • 16.10.2.10. Unless specified, bonuses must be wagered 30 × before withdrawal.
  • 16.10.2.11. Users with no purchase history cannot redeem more than 50 Coins from bonuses.

16.11. Wagering requirements

16.11.1. Bonuses remain in the bonus balance until wagering is completed.

16.11.2. Wagering multiplier defines how many times a bonus must be played through.

16.11.3. Wagering resets to zero when balance falls below €0.10 (or equivalent).

16.11.4. Bonus winnings are locked until wagering is satisfied.

16.11.5. You may withdraw early but will forfeit bonus Coins; contact Support first.

16.11.6. You may opt out of bonuses via Support.

16.12. Free Spins winnings convert to bonus Coins and usually require wagering.

16.13. Certain Games may be excluded from bonus play.

16.14. We may, at our discretion, render your Account ineligible for further bonuses.

17. Daily Cases & Bonus Rain

17.1. Daily cases and Bonus Rain are intended for entertainment only. Any attempt to exploit them for risk-free profit may result in suspension and removal of marketplace privileges.
