The M4A1-S | Golden Coil is a CS:GO skin that was released on September 17, 2015, as part of The Shadow Collection. It was designed by Kitch.sb and has since become a popular choice for players.
History
The skin was added to the game as part of The Shadow Collection, which was released alongside the Shadow Boxing update on September 17, 2015.
Appearance
The M4A1-S | Golden Coil features a black matte paint coating with a gold image of an attacking snake surrounded by a floral pattern. The handle has a beige geometric ornament, while the silencer and part of the buttstock are engraved with a gold pattern imitating snakeskin.
Float Effect
The Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, making it available in all conditions. Traces of wear such as scratches and abrasions do not appear on the body of the weapon, even at the highest Float Values. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the body of the rifle is coated with a layer of patina, making the skin look noticeably darker.
Pattern Difference
The pattern index does not affect the appearance of the skin, meaning that all M4A1-S | Golden Coil skins look the same regardless of their pattern index.
