Appearance

The slide is chromed and coated with translucent paints creating a gradient in various shades of purple, pink and yellow. The rest of the pistol is not painted. The color scheme of the gradient depends on the pattern index.

Float Effect

Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 0.08, making it available only in Factory New and Minimal Wear condition. Abrasions are present on the muzzle already in Factory New condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the size of the the abrasions increases slightly.

Pattern Difference

The appearance of Glock-18 | Fade highly depends on the pattern index. The rarest and most valuable pattern variation is called “Absolute Max”, which is distinguished by a predominance of purple on the slide. The less valuable pattern variation is “Max Fade”, which has almost equal areas painted purple, pink and yellow. The pattern variation called “Full Fade” is distinguished by a predominance of pink and yellow on the slide. Pattern variations where the amount of purple reduces are called “95%”.
