The Galil AR | Chatterbox is a skin for the Galil AR in CS:GO. It was added to the game on January 8, 2015, as part of The Chroma Collection. The skin was created by EGO DEATH.

History

The Galil AR | Chatterbox was released on January 8, 2015, as part of The Chroma Collection in CS:GO.

Appearance

The skin features a yellow and animalistic tiger stripe pattern on individual parts of the rifle, with images of bullets on the magazine. The play side of the receiver has an image of a white skull, while the backside features a black inscription "Feed me". The entire body of the rifle is distressed and painted solid brown.

Float Effect

The skin has a Float Value ranging from 0.35 to 0.85, making it available only in Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred conditions. As the wear increases, scratches and abrasions become more noticeable, making the skin darker.

Pattern Difference

The pattern index does not affect the appearance of the skin.

Features

The quality of the Galil AR | Chatterbox is Covert, and it has a StatTrak option. During active firing, the skull's mouth creates a "chattering effect". In the Chinese version of the skin, the skull is replaced with an image of a robot’s head.
