Classic Knife | Fade was added to the game on October 18, 2019, as part of the CS20 Case, which was released alongside the "Cache and Release" update.

Appearance

The blade of the knife is chromed and coated with translucent paints creating a gradient. The pattern is made in various shades of purple, pink and yellow. The color ratio depends on the pattern index. The guard and the handle remain unpainted.

Float Effect

Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 0.08, which makes Classic Knife | Fade available only in Factory New and Minimal Wear condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the knife has small scratches and abrasions located on the spine and along the cutting edge.

Pattern Difference

The pattern index affects the color ratio of the skin. Knives with a maximum amount of purple on the blade (“100% Fade” or “Full Fade”) are considered to be the most valuable pattern variations.
