AWP | Fade

AWP | Fade is a CS:GO skin that was added to the game on December 3, 2020, as part of The Control Collection, which was released alongside the start of Operation Broken Fang.

History

The rifle’s body is chromed and coated with translucent paints creating gradient transitions. The color scheme of the pattern includes various shades of purple, pink, and yellow. Individual parts of the weapon are not painted. The color ratio depends on the pattern index.

Appearance

Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 0.08, which makes AWP | Fade available only in Factory New condition. Small abrasions are already present on the rifle’s body in Factory New and Minimal Wear conditions. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the number and size of abrasions remain unchanged.

Float Effect

The pattern index affects the texture overlay. Pattern variations with a predominance of yellow shades and the least amount of purple are called 100% Fade/Full Fade (#146, #359, #649). They are considered to be the most valuable ones.

Pattern Difference

The quality of AWP | Fade is Covert. The skin is not available with a StatTrak counter and has no souvenir option. The skin belongs to the "Fade" series.
